SO... my flight from Atlanta to Amsterdam got cancelled...but thankfully I was able to get on another flight in the morning. Added a little stress on the packing...but we got it done!! I now leave at 12 (which means leaving the house around 830) instead of 440 and have to fly to Detroit before leaving for Amsterdam. But that's okay. The flight from Amsterdam to Tanzania didnt seem to be effected.

I got my work placement this past week. I'll be working at two orphanages. I'll learn more once I get there. I know ill be working in the nursery some of the time. I'm excited about it. Though it will be challenging and heart breaking.

It is hard to believe that the trip is finally here....I'm ready for it!

Hi Laura, Love the pics. Sure was happy to get your e-mail. Diana and them headed back to New Orleans this morning. The triplets did not want to leave~~they were hideing under the covers so Lisa would not find them!!!!~~Jenna and Alanna wanted to sleep with me and the dogs last night so we slept in the guest bedroom upstairs. Rose, Lilly and Daisy are fast asleep~~the kids loved all the dogs~~it was cute, Conner liked Lilly, Jenna liked Rose and Alanna liked Daisy. It was great to talk to you the other day.
